Meraki Apparels an ecommerce fashion platform. At support@merakiclothings.com  customers will be offered textile products. Please read to these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the platform. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. We do not accept any other terms and conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise.  

Purchases
  • If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our platform, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase including your personal information.
  • The consumer is is responsible for ensuring that the data provided is true and accurate.
Prices and Shipping Fees
  • We accept various credit cards, e.g. Visa, American Express, Master and will charge the invoice to your credit card immediately after receipt and dispatch of the order.
Delivery
  • Delivery will only be given to the shipping address provided by you. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information.  
  • We ship according to the delivery timelines provided for each product. We ensure that we ship as early as possible, but for some products the timelines are longer due to availability of products.
