Thank you for choosing Meraki! We hope you're delighted with your purchase. However, if you find yourself less than satisfied, we're here to help.
Return/Refund Policy
- Exchanges/ returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package.
- To be eligible for return or exchange, products must be in resalable condition, with labels, tags, and original packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the product is not returned to us in fully resalable condition.
- A refund of the delivery charge will only be issued for incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.
- If you change your mind before receiving your order, cancellations are accepted at any time before dispatch. Refunds for dispatched orders will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the product/products are received.
However, if you aren't happy with the product/products, you can always return the product/products if they have met the return criteria and requirements.
Sale Products
Any item purchased during the sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Missing Products
- If a product/products are missing from your order, rest assured, we'll rectify it promptly.
- Simply drop us an email, and we'll arrange a fresh delivery for the missing product/products.
- Please allow us 10-14 working days to arrange this for you.
